This policy describes how Sentinel CX Pro LLC uses artificial intelligence within the Sentinel CX Pro application, the safeguards applied to AI-assisted features, and the commitments made to transparency, human oversight, and responsible use.
Sentinel CX Pro is a reviews intelligence platform for business use. Artificial intelligence features are designed to assist authorized business users — not to replace human judgment, make autonomous consequential decisions about individuals, or generate content for unreviewed publication.
1. How Artificial Intelligence Is Used
Review response drafting. AI generates draft responses to customer reviews. All drafts are presented to authorized users for review, editing, and approval before publication. No AI-generated response is published without human action.
Sentiment and theme analysis. AI processes publicly available review text to classify sentiment, detect recurring themes, and surface patterns across locations. Analysis outputs are presented as operational signals for human interpretation.
Performance summaries and briefings. AI generates narrative summaries of review activity and location performance. These summaries are delivered to authorized users for informational purposes and are labeled as AI-assisted.
Workflow recommendations. AI may suggest prioritization, categorization, or routing of review-related tasks. Recommendations are advisory and do not execute actions without user confirmation.
2. What Artificial Intelligence Does Not Do
- AI does not publish content without human review and explicit user action.
- AI does not make autonomous decisions about hiring, credit, insurance, housing, healthcare, education, legal proceedings, or any other consequential domain affecting individuals.
- AI does not process biometric data, perform emotion recognition, or conduct biometric categorization.
- AI does not generate synthetic reviews, fabricate customer feedback, or create content designed to deceive consumers about the origin or authenticity of reviews.
- AI does not profile or score individual consumers. Platform analytics are aggregated operational metrics for business locations, not individual consumer assessments.
3. Human Oversight
All AI-generated content within Sentinel CX Pro is subject to human oversight before it reaches any external audience. Specifically:
- AI-generated review response drafts require explicit user approval before submission to any review platform.
- AI-generated summaries and briefings are delivered to authenticated users within the application and are identified as AI-assisted.
- Users retain full editorial control over all content and may edit, reject, or override any AI output.
- Customer organization administrators may configure AI behavior, including tone, language, and content boundaries, through tenant-level settings.
4. Labeling and Transparency
Sentinel CX Pro identifies AI-assisted outputs within the application interface. Where AI generates or substantially contributes to text, the output is marked to distinguish it from human-authored content.
Users must not remove, obscure, or misrepresent AI disclosure labels when distributing AI-assisted content externally. This obligation applies regardless of the user's jurisdiction and is consistent with the transparency expectations of the EU AI Act (Regulation 2024/1689, Article 50), the FTC Act (Section 5), and applicable state laws including the Colorado AI Act (SB 24-205) and the California AI Transparency Act (SB 942).
5. Data Handling for AI Features
Customer data submitted to AI features is not used to train, fine-tune, or improve general-purpose AI models operated by Sentinel CX Pro LLC or its service providers.
AI processing is performed using third-party AI service providers under written data processing terms. Sentinel CX Pro LLC does not disclose the identity of specific AI service providers on this public page to avoid increasing security risk, but will provide this information to enterprise customers upon request or through applicable data processing documentation.
Data transmitted to AI service providers is encrypted in transit and subject to the access controls, retention limits, and security measures described in the Privacy Policy and Security Notice.
6. Accuracy and Limitations
Artificial intelligence outputs are probabilistic and may contain errors, omissions, inaccuracies, or outputs that do not reflect the intent or expectations of the user. Sentinel CX Pro LLC does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content for any particular purpose.
Users are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of any AI-assisted content before publication, distribution, or reliance. This includes ensuring compliance with applicable advertising standards, consumer protection laws, and platform terms of service for any review platform where content may be posted.
7. Prohibited Uses
Users must not use AI features within Sentinel CX Pro to:
- Generate fabricated, synthetic, or misleading reviews or testimonials.
- Produce content intended to deceive consumers about the origin, authorship, or authenticity of communications.
- Circumvent review platform terms of service or applicable law.
- Generate content that is defamatory, discriminatory, harassing, or unlawful.
- Attempt to manipulate, reverse engineer, or extract the underlying AI models or their outputs for purposes outside the scope of the authorized commercial agreement.
Violations may result in suspension or termination of access as described in the Terms of Service.
