This Security Notice provides a high-level description of the security measures used to support Sentinel CX Pro. It is intentionally written at a public-summary level and does not disclose non-public technical details, vendor architecture, security configurations, or operational intelligence that could increase risk.
1. Account Protection
Sentinel CX Pro uses account authentication controls designed to reduce unauthorized access, including sign-in verification, multi-factor authentication, session safeguards, role-based access restrictions, and monitoring of suspicious activity. Authentication flows are designed to be accessible; the World Wide Web Consortium Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, version 2.2, include Accessible Authentication requirements at https://www.w3.org/TR/WCAG22/.
2. Administrative, Technical, and Organizational Measures
Sentinel CX Pro LLC maintains measures appropriate to the nature of the service, which may include:
- Least-privilege access management and role-based access controls.
- Environment separation between production, staging, and development.
- Encryption of data in transit and data at rest.
- Application and security event logging with audit trails.
- Vendor oversight and sub-processor management.
- Incident detection, response, and recovery procedures.
- Backup processes and disaster recovery capabilities.
- Internal security review and periodic security assessments.
3. Artificial Intelligence and Review Workflows
Where artificial intelligence features are used, outputs are assistive and subject to human oversight. Sentinel CX Pro does not represent that artificial intelligence generated outputs are infallible, unbiased, or suitable for unreviewed publication.
Artificial intelligence features include safeguards designed to reduce the risk of prompt injection, data leakage, and unauthorized output generation. Input validation, output constraints, and monitoring are applied to AI-assisted workflows. Sentinel CX Pro LLC evaluates and updates these safeguards as the threat landscape evolves.
The Federal Trade Commission has made clear that deceptive or unsubstantiated artificial intelligence claims are unlawful at https://www.ftc.gov/industry/technology/artificial-intelligence.
4. Incident Notification
In the event of a confirmed security incident that materially affects customer data, Sentinel CX Pro LLC will notify affected customer organizations without unreasonable delay, consistent with applicable law and contractual obligations. Notification will include a description of the nature of the incident, the categories of data affected, and the measures taken or proposed to address the incident.
5. Responsible Disclosure
Security concerns may be reported to security@sentinelcxpro.com. Reports should include sufficient detail to reproduce the issue safely and must not involve destructive testing, privacy violations, service disruption, or access beyond authorization. Sentinel CX Pro LLC will acknowledge receipt of responsible disclosure reports and will work in good faith to address confirmed vulnerabilities.
6. No Absolute Guarantee
Although Sentinel CX Pro LLC applies reasonable security measures, no internet-connected service can guarantee absolute security. Users should take appropriate precautions to protect their own credentials, devices, and data.
