This page explains how authorized users can get help with login, multi-factor authentication, account recovery, and security concerns for Sentinel CX Pro.
1. Common Access Issues
- Magic link expired or was requested in error.
- Multi-factor authentication device unavailable or replaced.
- Verification code rejected or rate limited.
- Organization administrator needs to restore or remove access.
- Suspicious sign-in activity or possible account compromise.
- Account locked after repeated failed authentication attempts.
2. Before Contacting Support
- Confirm that the sign-in email was sent from an authorized Sentinel CX Pro domain.
- Do not share one-time passcodes, recovery details, or session links with anyone, including anyone claiming to be Sentinel CX Pro support.
- Check whether your organization administrator can reset or reissue access.
- If an authenticator application is used, ensure device time is set to automatic.
- Clear your browser cache and cookies if you experience repeated session errors.
3. Artificial Intelligence Features
If you have questions about AI-generated content within the application, please note that all AI-assisted outputs are clearly labeled within the interface. AI features are assistive tools that require human review before publication. If you believe an AI-generated output is inaccurate or inappropriate, you may report it through the feedback mechanism in the application or by contacting support@sentinelcxpro.com.
4. Accessibility Support
Sentinel CX Pro is designed to support accessible authentication. Users should be able to paste verification codes and use keyboard navigation and assistive technologies where supported. 6. Verification and Recovery
Sentinel CX Pro LLC may require reasonable identity and authority verification before changing account access, disabling multi-factor authentication, or disclosing account-related information. Recovery requests may be routed to the relevant customer organization where that organization controls the account relationship. Sentinel CX Pro LLC will never ask users for their full password, one-time passcode, or authenticator secret via email or phone.
